Where the listing comes from
Each listing is built from what the program reported to SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov. Our copy was last pulled on October 24, 2026. The permanent fix is SAMHSA's record (FindTreatment@samhsa.hhs.gov or 1-833-888-1553), because we refresh from it every month. Tell us as well and we will correct our page sooner.
What happens next
A person reads every correction. We check it against the program's own website or by calling its listed number, change our page if it's wrong, and reply by email if you'd like to know.
